"Happy Workplace Architect - Employee Well-Being: The Future of Work"
Despite the Covid situation and world politics being unpredictable, the job-hopping rate is still increasing and creating a "wave of layoffs" sweeping across all businesses and the country. Specifically, Anphabe believes a paradox exists in human resources: the unemployment rate is high (accounting for 2.52% of human resources), while the turnover rate is also extremely high. 6 out of 10 people are actively looking for a new job.
Theoretically, during the time of semi-stabilize Covid situation and businesses adjusted to the new normal. The employees should be happy to return to their work. However, managers and supervisors have to face a serious challenge when their staff calls it quits.
Moreover, the voluntary efforts and the commitment of employees were measured by Anphabe on a large scale through the two factors (mentally and emotionally index), which are at the lowest level for the past six years. The percentage of employees who want to stay long-term with the business is also at the lowest at 46% of human resources.

In addition, Mr. Phuc is also a Senior MBA from Shidler Business School - University of Hawaii, USA. As an alumnus of the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia, Mr. Phuc spent time in Belgium at the prominent technology corporation IBM.

Dr. Hannah is an expert in teaching senior MBA courses in human resource management, organizational change and performance, cross-cultural management, and cross-cultural negotiation. Dr. Hannah Nguyen earned her B.A. in Psychology (2000) from California State University, Long Beach, and her M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (2006) from Michigan State University.

Mr. Thanh Nguyen holds a BA and Master's degree in HRM. After 8 years of studying and working in the UK and France, he returned to Vietnam in 2008 and started his corporate career in HRM. He experienced in various HR fields as function head such as Talent Acquisition, Training Development, Total Reward, HR business partner before taking up the HR Director role at NashTech Global. Currently, Thanh is heading the HR Department both nationwide and APAC region.
